The second official session of the summit of “eight” has come to the end. It proceeded for 15 minutes longer than was planned - 2 hours and 15 minutes.

But the intrigue of meeting– assures experts – there is an opposition between the East – the West, to be exact, the conflict around of the American antimissile systems.

“Leaders of the states of ” the big eight ” make the arrangement providing essential reduction of emissions of hotbed gases in an environment and provided that by signing the “post- Kyoto ” agreement scheduled to 2009 “ - Angela Merkel , the federal chancellor of Germany, today, on June, 7th, within the limits of summit G8, has declared.

ITAR-TASS informs that leaders of ” the big eight ” have agreed to consider intention of the German leader to lower volumes of emissions of hotbed gases before 2050 on 50 %. We shall remind, the Kyoto report has not been executed because of resistance of the USA.

In the report of one of most important humanitarian agencies of London it is informed, that lack of potable water and destruction of crops become the reason of local military conflicts for access to resources on a planet and that will make refugees one billion person until 2050.

In the report ,under the name “Human tide: The real migration crisis” agency of the Christian Aid ,is told that the developed countries in the answer for environmental contamination are obliged to incur the help that who most of all suffers from change of a climate, that is to poor class of the population.

As the main author of the report John Davison has informed, the compelled migration is for today one of the main dangers which threatens poor people in developing countries.

Scientists predict, that because of emission of hotbed gases in an atmosphere, in the majority made at burning organic fuel, the average temperature in the world will rise on 1,8-3 degrees of Celsius already in this century ,that will lead to flooding and famine, placing under a threat millions lives.

The intergovernmental commission of experts demonstrate the research data, which say that until 2080 3,2 billion people, and this is third of population of a planet, will lack some water, and 600 million will suffer from shortage of food , while 7 million person will face a problem of increase in a water level at coasts.

In the report it is spoken, that if will not be taken rigid preventive actions, from now on till 2050 climatic changes will force about billion persons to leave the homes.

Pursued by climatic changes, refugees will create the international problem, crossing borders of the states. At the same time millions people cannot leave the countries at all, and about their accident it not becomes known to the world at all, is spoken in the report.

The agency of the Christian Aid informs, that on the first place of the states by number of refugees is Sudan, after it Colombia , which inhabitants are compelled to leave the houses because of civil war.

Experts on safety are afraid, that similar waves of the compelled migration not only will warm up conflicts already existing in the world, but also will cause new in the planets poorest corners.

The World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF), formerly named the World Wildlife Fund, has come to an encouraging conclusion with choice of the solution method of a global warming problem: in the world ,for the present ,there is enough of power resources and technologies for prevention of accident

However, as James Lip .director of The World Wildlife Fund for Nature informs, measures on prevention of accident should be undertaken in the next five years, in the contrary - the damage for a planet will be irreversible. The most reasonable and safe way to avoid dangerous consequences of a climate change is to use already available technologies.

” Concrete steps are necessary to stabilize volume of emissions, and then to start it to reduce, - Lip has told. - from the USA and from other countries are required investments for technologies, development of renewed energy sources, for construction of storehouses of carbohydrates. And if it will be made, we shall feel effect already in the end of current decade “.

Also, experts of the The World Wildlife Fund for Nature accentuate, that naturally, one magic formula of the solution of a global warming problem is not present - it is necessary to search for it at once in many directions, including recycling of energy of the sun and a wind.

It has been much told by scientists and about bio-fuel to which they describe to concern very circumspectly. In fact , cultivation and processing of corn in ethanol it is not especially promising from the point of view of struggle against global warming ,as manufacture of ethyl is interfaced to greater emission of carbohydrates. D.Lip even has specified for two reasons, such as, negative influence on ecology, in the sense that the areas occupied by tropical woods, will be cut down under crops of corn, and also the require for power resources can conflict to need for food stuffs.

Experts of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature do not agree with a appeals to solve problem of global warming, developing nuclear power. And the reasons for that - unresolved questions of safety of atomic power stations, storages of waste and distributions of nuclear technologies.
