Set of shelters for pets in the USA have reported about unknown 30 percent splash in “arrival” of the homeless and thrown cats during years 2005-2006. Experts blame for it -global warming.
Increase in number of homeless cats became, actually, year-around problem ,at the same time as in former years it maximum was in the winter, according to owners of shelters for animals
The changes of the climate ,which observed recently and has reflected, in particular, and to the USA, have expanded against the usual period of pairing of cats, their number in streets of the American cities has grown because of it.
Because of the prolonged warm season and shorter and warm winters of cats number increased, and more people bring in shelters the kittens picked up in streets. Shelters of organization Pets Across America in the last couple of years test the present cat’s population overflow. Similar waves are observed and in other shelters.
Serious consequences of global warming has more sharply raised the question about the control of homeless animals number, the American experts approve, adding, that global changes in a climate have mentioned also in the reproduction seasons of many other animals ,in the wild nature.
