1930th American meteorologist Guy Stewart Callendar for the first time has made the analysis of records over more than 200 stations of the weather supervision, located in more than 50 countries of the world. He was the first who, in a series of articles, has drawn a conclusion, that the temperature starts to raise, and one of the main reasons of that is activity of the human, namely increase in emissions of the gases in the atmosphere causing “greenhouse effect”. Callendar’s opinion has appeared prophetical. Then his colleagues also marked growth of temperatures in Northern America and in Europe, but they were inclined to consider, that it’s no more but seasonal fluctuation ,which reasons it is impossible to define.

1956th American (he was born in Canada, but he has received education and all life worked in the USA) physicist Gilbert Plass has published a series of articles in which has proved, that world temperatures raise, first of all, as a result of activity of the human. For the first time ,many scientists, instead of singles, have become interested in a problem of change of a climate.

1958th American meteorologist Charles Keeling has begun work on measurement of levels of carbonic acid in an atmosphere. A result of his activity became occurrence of the new scientific term - ” Keeling’s curve ” (1961). Keeling specified, that concentration of carbonic gas stably grows, and it had same dynamics, as increase of mid-annual temperatures. Conclusions of Keeling’s have not implicated special attention - moreover, the National Science Foundation has refused in 1962 to continue to finance this project. However Keeling has continued the work. He, in particular, has proved, that concentration of CO2 has increased from 315 particles on 1 million in 1958 up to 380 particles on 1 million in 2005.

1960’s . The beginning of an era of the publication of disturbing reports. The first authoritative scientific organization which has agreed that the problem of global warming really exists and that directly or indirectly its reason is the human, was the USA Science National Fund. Report of the USA Science National Fund has appeared in 1963, in a year after the Fund has refused to give money for Keeling’s laboratory. In 1965 the President’s Science Advisory Committee also has warned about danger of “greenhouse effect”. In 1966 the United States National Academy of Sciences for the first time has published the report in which influence of the human on a climate was analyzed.

1967th Japanese scientist Sikuro Manabe and American Richard Wetherald for the first time have created scientific model of calculation of “greenhouse effect”.

1968th For the first time it is appeared the hypothesis, that the Antarctic ices can thaw, and that will lead to catastrophic consequences.

The end of 1960’s Supporters of preservation of the environment get significant power in Northern America and Western Europe. Under their pressure authorities start to give more attention to ecological questions, including a problem of change of a climate. For the first are published alarmist forecasts concerning predictions of global warming - their basic postulates repeat nowadays.
