Protesters against global warming gathered near London Heathrow Airport. Participants are opposing airport expansion.
About 150 people are protesting at the moment, according to different radio stations. It is expected, however,that another thousand people from Britain will join the protesters in the following week.
Protesters believe that aviation is a major source of greenhouse gases.
