Global Warming

Change of a climate in range of a planet has got menacing scope and inspires scientists the increasing doubts in the future of mankind. While some researchers look at an ice cap reduced in sizes on North Pole of our planet with fear, others are interested first of all about influence of warming on a live creatures, flora and fauna of the Earth. It is necessary to tell, that results of the second researches inspire more optimism, than the first. Similar, warming threatens to intrude in an inner sanctum - private life of our smaller brothers.
Threat has hung, previously, above the several kinds of animals spotted on the nearly all corners of globe. The sufferers nearest to us are polar bears: global warming influences their reproduction in the most direct manifestation. The Canadian scientists from University Manitoba have found out that at the coldest places where white giants live, the male genital are longer. According to other researches, the sizes of a penis of bears as well decrease in strongly polluted areas, it becomes clear: activity of the human, in the nearest future, can effect on private life of these animals.
As it is found out dealings about feathery animals aren’t better at all. The British ornithologists from the Royal Society of Protection of Birds have published the report in which they express serious concern about status of the birds. In populations of many British birds, males recently there are on 1/3 more, than females. Certainly, in this situation reproduction of birds appears under risk, and the most unpleasant - the similar situation is observed at some kinds which are registered in the Red book, which number and without that is reduced. About the reasons of so obvious disproportion it is not excluded, that global warming has played the role here too.
About reptiles there are no doubts: change of a climate threatens to reproduction of many kinds. The matter is that the sex of hatched young is frequently determined by style of egg maturation. If it was kept in heat - appears female, if in more Spartan conditions - male. As a result in populations, for example, of The Loggerhead Sea Turtle (Caretta caretta) and type of agamid lizard The Central Bearded Dragon or Inland Bearded Dragon (Pogona vitticeps) from Australia ladies number increase and number of gentlemen - on the contrary. Zoologists are afraid, that if that tendency will go further, females of these kinds will remain in loneliness and will be doomed to full extinction.
The life of The Galapagos penguins is not threatened by a global warming, but by its remote consequences. The hurricanes, which have become frequent recently, because of climatic disorders, threaten to literally wipe out population of The Galapagos penguins. Non-flying birds have not recovered yet from the natural calamities, similar to El Niño, in 1982 - 1983 and 1997 - 1998 as on horizon new threats loom. As a result, as scientists are afraid, in this century extinction of Galapagos penguins is possible with probability of 30 % and if number of hurricanes double - than 80 %.
