Warming of a climate on the Earth - fashionable nowadays theme for the conversations both among the average men and among the representatives of scientific association. Examples of the wide-ranging offensive of summer: glaciers of Antarctica thaw, Europe pour winter rains and summer heat dries up, bad harvest.
Recently it flooded the Russian Valley of geysers in Kamchatka. Now for the subscribers of The Kyoto protocol there are only two ways:
1. To reduce emissions of CO2 by way of the ultramodern (and very expensive) technologies of production
2. To buy the surpluses of quota from those countries which have under-developed industry.
This struggle against the nature has come to the end by awarding Albert Gore, former vice-president of the USA, with the Nobel Peace Prize 2007. In the film ex-vice-president convinces the population of the Earth that « under threat is entire our civilization » .The intrigue of this event became information about the fact that reward of 10 million crones (1,43 million dollars) together with Gore will be received also by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change « for the efforts and work on the propagation of knowledge about changes of a climate and for taking measures for purposes of the suppression of distribution of negative processes ».
Two years ago scientists have confirmed, that the threat of global warming is insignificant. Al Gore and IPCC, on the contrary, warned community about that global heat - on the end of its potentials and the mankind stands on the threshold of a cold snap. The graphs of the max rises of planetary fluctuations of temperature assert that we already slide down (in geological range) from the tropics temperatures into the cold. Today the mass-media are again overflown by messages about the threat of warming of planet. What happens? Did scientists make mistakes in the forecasts?
There was no error, scientists again confirmed that in recent decades occurs the warming up, in the last 100 years the climate of the Earth actually become warmer to 0.74 degrees of Celsius. This is data of the long-term supervision of the specialists of 10 thousand meteorological stations of entire planet. But this is the small value, which arose through the southern cyclones, and it does not threaten by climatic catastrophe. For example, conceive that in the ocean there are gigantic waves. One huge wave, with the height of 7.5 meters, washed off 30 years ago, in Bangladesh, more than 250 thousand people. There are delicater waves.They frightens people, but they do not cause the special harm: they will somewhere wash coast, they will wash off harvest in valley, and they will smash a vessel …
Fluctuations of a climate are similar. Yes, there was in history of the Earth a global warming. During the coal period concentration of ??2 in the atmosphere reached 6000 molecules on one million molecules of air (for the comparison- now concentration of ??2 makes about 300 molecules on one million molecules of air). The climate was on 10–12 degrees warmer than now. But this did not lead to the global climatic and ecological catastrophe.On the contrary, the nature violently was developed and has left to us the enormous reserves of hydrocarbon raw material - bituminous coal, oil and gas.
The Earth, according to the data of reasrching of ice of Antarctica, in the last half million years, survived already 4 periods (approximately on 100 thousand years each) of the cooling- warming , when the temperature of the atmosphere changed on plus / minus 10-12 degrees.
