According to the promulgated data of research of the organization Carbon Monitoring for Action, CARMA, the USA are leaders on the emissions into the atmosphere of carbon dioxide.
Obtained data are a result of the first global inventory of harmful ejections, during which the information about the work of 50 thousand of power stations in the different countries of the world has been collected.
As a result -the United States occupy the first place on the ejections of carbonic acid dioxide in the absolute figures, after them in this list follows China and Russia.
But, as assert experts, in the recalculation of population per capita, worst situation proceed in Australia: here figures are, per each inhabitant of green continent, 10 tons of carbon monoxide ejected by the energetic enterprises. And although China ,on the absolute figures, is located in the second place: its power engineering is responsible for the ejection of 2.4 billions tons of carbon dioxide per year, but considering the huge population of this country, its average per-capita index is five times less than in Australia.
As reported Kevin Ammel, researcher from the Center of global development, he hopes that the publication of these data will help in a matter of reduction of the harmful ejections into the atmosphere. “People, which work in the sphere of ecology, know: assignment to public and to the markets for data, which they encounter not so frequently, quite often leads to improvement of ecological parameters,-he explains the vision of problem. - I do not see reasons, on which such cannot occur in the region of the emissions of carbonic acid “.
