According to the scientist, now it is very important to understand the mechanism, due to which the heat received by equatorial zones of the terrestrial globe from the Sun, “is delivered” at higher latitudes and influences weather. Without this mechanism, which all components we do not know yet, the difference of temperatures at the equator and the poles would make more than 120 degrees of Celsius, and that would create conditions unsuitable for the biological life. In fact this temperature difference is twice smaller. One of mechanisms providing such smoothing, as it was possible to found by scientific of The Institute of space researches (IKI), was connected with the tropical cyclones. They seize in the tropical zone the enormous volumes of water vapor, which is in the earth’s atmosphere main “energy carrier”, and deliver it in high latitudes. In process of the advance of the cyclones vapor is converted into the droplets of water, which is accompanied by release of energy, and atmospheric whirlwind becomes its powerful source which is heating the atmosphere. Thus cyclones fulfill the function of the carriers of heat in high and middle latitudes. This system of energy transfer possessing the staggering stability.

Considering heat ,observed in this summer in Europe and, in particular, in Moscow , these phenomena have been caused by breakthrough of dry hot air from Arabian Peninsula and in the essence those breakthroughs are the local fluctuations which in any way have been not connected with the global processes of the energy transfer in the atmosphere “.
