The disappearance of dinosaurs on the Earth cannot be explained by a falling of the meteorite Authors of a new hypothesis accuse global warming of destruction of giants.Dinosaurs have disappeared approximately 250 million years ago - they were joined to approximately 90% of forms of the living beings, which occupied our planet at that moment. Paleontologists from The University of Southern California came to the conclusion that the process of disappearance began 10 million years before the catastrophe, which is considered as the main reason for the loss of terrible pangolins. Moreover began to die not ground-based essences (which would be logical, if meteorite was the reason for their destruction), but the creation, which lived in depths of ocean – followed by the marine animals, that dwelled in the continental shelf and on coral reefs.
Consequently, dinosaurs were ruined by something which arrived from the ocean depths. It is supposed, that the real murderer became hydrogen sulfide. This became possible as a result of the process of global warming. Warming has begun afterward the turns of the colossal volcanic eruptions, which ejected into the atmosphere an enormous quantity of “greenhouse” gases - carbonic acid dioxide and methane. The heated ocean partially lost the ability to retain oxygen and that led to the circulation of hydrogen sulfide. This gas was produced by the bacteria lived in the ocean depths, and gradually rose to the surface.
As a result a large quantity of hydrogen sulfide was rejected into the atmosphere. As a consequence, many living beings (including dinosaurs) perished by the poisoning or by the action of harmful radiation (since hydrogen sulfide also damaged the ozone layer, which protects the Earth from different rays, which emanate from space - for example, from the ultraviolet emission).
