Italian expert Petro Laureano, the architect and the expert of UNESCO on problems of struggle against appearance of deserts, has published 10 rules of the utilize with water in conditions of global warming of a climate on a planet.
“10 rules…” contain recommendations to not apply potable water for needs of an agriculture; to divide at water delivery in dwellings drinking and technical water.
The expert advises to not change long-term habits and to stop advertising mineral water; to supply buildings with tanks for gathering rain water; to apply methods of a reuse of water after clearing; to forbid construction of greater dams; to refuse application of an artificial snow; to toughen rules of preservation of natural glaciers; to facilitate a way of water to basin of the rivers; to learn to use in urbanism space of gardens.
As architect Laureano marks in the document , ” if methods and habits of utilization of a water, accepted in modern Italy, have followed by all 6 billion inhabitants of the Earth - our planet couldn’t satisfy water consumption inquiries “.
