The CRA started in 1977 with Republican congresses weakening regs in '95, '99 '03. Get your facts straight. Nice try at blaming someone other than ALAN GREENSPAN and the crooks at every level of the real estate racket, from Federal banking regulators, to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to mortgage lenders to real estate brokers agents, to buyers who thought they could get a $400K house while earning $20K a year.
