EVEN IF THERE IS NO CONspiracy, (and likely there is...) entrenched interests with partial control of energy reserves can totslly make it appear so! just think about it why it would , if it really existed, be oppressed in a larger scale... . . . no - its not the money . . . its freedom . as long as not every country on the planet is free, such devices will never come into action. there are a lot of as** in this world but its not everyone. Even in the highest level's of governement are supporters of this idea. but its just to dangerous when you imagine what weapons (in the wrong hands...) or terror-attacks someone could accomplish with it.
