The energy to spin the bottom rotor comes from the magnetic forces of the top ring. The energy in the top ring comes from the person's muscles. If you consider muscle power as free, then this is indeed free energy.

i guess you could call this 'free energy.' It's actually already used in many motors. Take apart a an electric drill-same thing but with electromagnets, obviously so you can turn it on/off.
Unfortunately, this is video and its message are useless. In order to get anything worthwhile, one would need some huge ass magnets which are expensive as hell. sorry to burst you bubble, bro

You want to impose your views whit false arguments or an apeal to ignorance. You are arguing becuase "the earth is not flat therefor I'm right", or "think to get to my conclusion" and that is not how argument goes.
And yes energy could have been the ultimate equation if it told you the mechanics, or if it could be obtain in every situation.

is our enviorment frictionless ? are galaxies viscous or homogeneous? why do they spin? where is this torque generated?
does our reality share a common denominator? i.e a unified theory of everything? if it does then mechanical problems are energy problems because they share the same root.
