Converting water into 2H2+O2 (spare me of the HHO spin) consumes more energy than what it'll make in combustion. It does reduce the amount of gasoline alright; from your tank.

it was proven just as much as conservation of energy was proven. as you know in science nothing is ever 100% proven fact. we just gather evidence that supports a theory. we have evidence that supports quantum theory just like we have evidence that supports conservation of energy. once we gather enough evidence for without finding evidence against we refer to it as fact, however, like you said phenomena may exist thatwe don't know about which may be discovered and disprove what we assume true

If companies were aloud to make H20 powered cars, and use geothermal energy, then the oil companies, such as ExxonMobil and Haliburton, would have a complete fallout, and all these corporations would suffer greatly, which would be fantastic to the people, but not the the rich, and the rich run the country, so it isn't happening. The government actually purchased the rights and every h20 powered car gm made and had them crushed in the desert. Its a pretty fucked up system

actually its not a scam. the car dosent actually "run" on water. the water h20 is converted into hh0 ( 2 hydrogen and one oxygen) then you infuse the hydrogen into the fuel stream of the engine, thus powering the motor with a reduced amount of gasoline.
