And a rabbit in cambrian rock would falsify it. Along with animals with plant cells in them, or any of the many double-blind tests of rates of mutation done. It has withstood all the scrutiny, making it a strong scientific theory.

how is it? It's a definite field of biology and a fundemental of most concepts under that science and much relation to Genetics and Paleotology. How is a pseudoscience? It's the accepted scientific explanation for life and nothing has yet to rival it as it's pretty solid.
